Blood Circuit Related Assembly Machine
In blood circuit products for blood purification, we are engaged in a large number of main processes, sub-assemblies and automatic assembly devices for individual components.
We work with MSK Company, which is the TOP RUNNER of tube automation assembly equipment in the medical equipment industry in the Japan. We are partnering to develop equipment sales and support in the Americas. Regarding the priming line, we have experiences of integrated equipment from assembly to coiling and taping. Regarding the connection between the tube and the connectors, we design and manufacture the equipment with particular attention to the application method, insertion method, and inspection of the adhesive material. Please consider joint development and manufacturing at our company regarding automation and labor saving of whole / partial assembly in line with blood circuit standardization and in the customer’s assembly process.
