Infusion Set Assembly Line
This is an automatic assembly / packaging line that handles everything from assembling infusion sets to individual packaging that can be used for various purposes, including general-purpose infusion sets, according to customer requests.
We work with MSK Company, which is the TOP RUNNER of tube automation assembly equipment in the medical equipment industry in the Japan. We are partnering to develop equipment sales and support in the Americas. The biggest feature is that it comes with an expandable frame that allows you to assemble different types of tubes. We will also consider designing, developing, and manufacturing assembly lines that can be used for different types of materials for domestic and overseas markets.We also design and manufacture individual components assembly such as drip chambers and plastic needles, and assembly devices for various sub-assemblies (upper side from plastic needles to drip chamber and lower side such as PSV lines).
